Definition of End Product: - An End Product is characterized by skill and effort and falls into one of the following categories:

Client Usage: - You are free to develop one End Product for a customer and send that single End Product to your client in exchange for a fee. In this case, the license is simply to be transferred to your client.

Modification and Derivative Works: - You are permitted to modify or manipulate the Item. Additionally, you can combine the Item with other works, creating derivative works. The resulting works are subject to the terms outlined in this license. These actions are allowed as long as the End Product you subsequently create aligns with the permissions specified in the definition of End Product.

Hold on! Here are the limitations on what you can't do with the Item:

Selling Restrictions: - You are not allowed to sell the End Product, except to one client. If you or your client intend to sell the End Product to multiple clients, an Extended License is required.

Redistribution Limitations: - You cannot redistribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. This restriction applies whether the Item is used on its own, bundled with other items, or modified. Redistribution or making the Item available as-is or with superficial modifications is not permitted, even if done for free.

• For instance, you cannot purchase an HTML template, convert it to a WordPress theme, and sell or give it to more than one client.

Usage in Customizable Applications: - You cannot use the Item in any application that allows end users to customize a digital or physical product according to their specific needs. This includes "on-demand," "made-to-order," or "build-it-yourself" applications. To use the Item in such applications, a separate license for each final product created using the application must be purchased.

Extraction Limitations: - Although you can modify the Item and delete unwanted components before creating the single End Product, you are not allowed to extract and use a single component of an Item on a stand-alone basis. For instance, you can delete unwanted icons from a licensed website theme but cannot extract an icon for use outside of the theme.

End User Restrictions: - You must not allow an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
